6+5+6mm, 8+6+8mm Double wire fence welding machine
1. The machine adopt Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi servo drivers, Schneider relays etc.
2. The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then put into the steel frame manually.
3. There are two steel frames, the moving is controlled by two Mitsubishi servo motors, accurate and fast. After finish one piece of mesh, another steel frame will move to welding part immediately.
4. The upper welding electrodes and lower welding electrodes are both controlled by SMC air cylinders. The welding pressure are firm and even.
